I got this tip from David Kapuler's blog on using the web site, Connect-Collaborate-Create, which provides a listing of Web 2.0 tools for use in the classroom. There are tutorials, videos, and examples under each sub-heading. Thanks, David for sharing this!
I especially like those Web 2.0 tools under the Collaborate sub-heading, such as VoiceThread, Poll Daddy and Moodle. There are some neat Web 2.0 tools under the Create sub-heading that are worth checking out, such as Prezi, which I learned a little about at the ISTE conference last month in Denver, as well as Wordle, Glogster, which I really enjoy using, and Storybird. You can choose to log in as a guest to take full advantage of this site!
